Terms & Conditions

Visa, joining ticket, Medical, Insurance & Transportation will be provided by the company.
Contract Period will be 2 Years and working hours will be 8 Hrs per day, Six days per week and every Friday as a holiday.
After completion of contract period, two way air-tickets on economy will be provided by the company.
Other facilities such as annual leave, overtime etc in accordance with the Labor Law of UAE.

Company Agreement

The second party agrees to process the recruitment as per the government's rules and regulations & deploy suitable workers from Nepal to the first party's work site in Oman under the following terms and conditions:

The Second Party will forward the personal data, original medical report and passport copy for total workers from Nepal as per their detailed position, salary and other facilities etc. mentioned in the Demand Letter of First party dated within 1 month after receiving the original documents by the first party.
The First party has agreed & Promised to provide all the facilities to the workers, which is duly mentioned in the Demand Letter & Employment Contract, if not, the First party will be responsible for all expenses.
The Second Party shall be responsible for the late deployment, expiry of visa cancellation.
